Coltart Contracts delivered the creation of a new biodiverse urban park in Glasgow on behalf of Rosemount Development Trust. The project transformed a previously underused area into a vibrant community green space, incorporating extensive landscaping, new pathways, habitats and public realm features, all delivered within a carefully managed live environment close to residents and businesses.
Our team implemented a structured programme covering earthworks, drainage, hard and soft landscaping, lighting and surfacing. Careful coordination with residents, stakeholders and suppliers ensured safe site operations and minimal disruption. We maintained clear communication throughout and adapted to additional client requests and weather delays while keeping the project on programme.
