Coltart Contracts delivered a new 9 a-side community and training pitch behind the Moffat Stand at Rugby Park for Kilmarnock Football Club. Working within a live stadium environment and strict pre season deadline, the project included full site preparation, drainage upgrades, pitch installation, lighting and access adjustments to support both academy and community use.
We implemented a tightly managed programme to meet the immovable completion date ahead of the new season. Works were carefully coordinated within a controlled stadium site, maintaining safe access for staff, visitors and matchday requirements. Close liaison with the club, hotel, stakeholders and contractors ensured minimal disruption and efficient delivery throughout.
