Coltart Contracts delivered the construction of Royston Park on the Hill in Glasgow on behalf of Spireview Housing Association. The project transformed a cleared site into a new urban park, incorporating drainage, hard and soft landscaping, street furniture and public realm features to create a welcoming, biodiverse space for residents and the wider community.
We delivered a coordinated programme of earthworks, drainage installation, precast concrete structures and hard and soft landscaping. Careful planning and liaison with residents and stakeholders ensured smooth delivery throughout the live community setting. Strong supply chain coordination and clear communication supported efficient progress from site clearance through to final planting and finishing works.
